A basin area of 27 acres was created and designed for public berthing of crafts in various sizes. A number of berths are allocated for term lease or tenancy. Berthing is either at the Mega Yacht Pier (stern-to mooring) or Marina Pier, to the floating pontoons. There are also 8 Swing Moorings, a 40m Landing and 36m Fuel Dock as well as a dedicated Fisherman Pontoon within the basin;
