1) On entering TELAGA HARBOUR PARK all yachts (captains, owners and users) should register at the Harbour Office and complete the entry form and present yacht papers to the administration.

2) All vessels should carry adequate Third Party Liability insurance and owners must be able to produce proof of insurance cover on demand. Yachts failing to show currently valid insurance policies will be asked to leave the port immediately.

3) Berthing fees will be payable for the duration of the stay as mention on the first form when entering the harbour.

4) On payment, a receipt should be presented to the duty officer and thereafter should be presented when requested.

5) Payment of berthing charges does not give the right to park cars on the quayside and does not include any other services. Yachts will then have other invoices for various services in addition to berthing fees.

6) Should any longer stay be required please pay the additional berthing fee, at the latest the day before expiry of the previous stay, as shown on the first receipt which should be presented. No berthing fees will be refunded if any of the present rules have not been respected.

7) All stays are calculated by the day in 24-hour period from noon to noon, any day started being due. For example, a yacht arriving Tuesday 8 am and leaving Wednesday 3 pm will have to pay berthing fees for two days.

8) The harbour authority reserve the right to request any yacht owners to deposit on his arrival, as guarantee the certificate of registry or passport and a receipt will be issued. These documents will be returned to the yachtsman the day of this departure on payment of his berthing charges.

9) Should any yacht wish to leave the port between 8pm and 7am the owner, captain or user should advise the harbour management the previous day.

10) All yachts moored in the harbour should show markings identifying the vessel, that is, showing name or registration number. This identification should be visible even if the yacht’s country’s regulations do not require this.

11) All yachtsmen and users of TELAGA HARBOUR must respect all maritime, customs and tax rulings as well as sanitary regulations and general police regulations, essential for proper functioning of the harbour.

12) Any offense to the Harbour Regulations can be sanctioned. Harbour officials, duty sworn in, can book such offenses that can bring legal action.


13) Bookings for fuel and bunkering must be made through the Harbour Office and handling surcharge is applicable.

14) Effective berthing rate and harbour charges are published from time to time and the Harbour Authority reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice. These may be discounted during the time of construction and at the discretion of the management as more facilities become available.

15) Charges for units of electricity and water consumed will be levied in accordance with meter reading at the Mega Yacht Pier, while a flat rate is charged for the users of the main Marina Pier.

16) The various berthing charges due to the harbour by users, where a claim may have been made or which are paid late, will suffer a 10% late payment charge.
